Create Companies with ASIC search

Signed up new clients? Reduce time taken when entering your client's company data into CAS 360 by utilising the new ASIC Search feature when creating companies.

The ASIC Search instantly downloads company data into your CAS 360 when companies

Users are also able to import companies into CAS 360. See Import all Companies from ASIC

How do I use this?

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.

Click Add Company + 

Input the Company Details

Jurisdiction This will automatically default to Australia
Import from ASIC?  Select Screen_Shot_2020-12-08_at_1.27.08_pm.png
Company Name

Search for the company name. CAS 360 will provide search results for companies on the ASIC database. Select Screen_Shot_2020-12-08_at_1.30.27_pm.png once you find the company.

Multiple Companies can be selected

Click Import

What information will be imported?

The following company information will be imported:

  • Name

  • ACN

  • Company Type

  • Company Class

  • Company SubClass

  • Company Status

  • Incorporation State

  • Incorporation Date

  • Annual Review Date

Important: Once you become the registered agent for the company, further company information can then be imported from ASIC. See Appointing a Registered Agent for a company
