From the latest CAS360 release, users are required to add an individual representative when preparing any documents that are signed by a company or a joint member.
Why has this change been made
This change has been made to improve the accuracy and quality of documents that are prepared by your firm in CAS360.
How will the new signing lines look
As a result of this change, you will not have a signing line appear on a document with just a company name below.

Adding individuals to sign documents for companies is not new, and has been in CAS360 for some time. This change now requires an individual representative to be added for signing documents.
How will the validation work
In the document production screen, CAS360 will identify if there are no individual representatives have been added when creating documents.
From this validation message you can click on ‘Add Representative’
This will display a contact search inside Document Production. Users can then select a previously created contact from the Global Contacts screen.
Once the individual contact has been selected as the representative, you are able to prepare the documents for your client.
