When preparing company change documents, how do I change the resolution to the meeting minutes?
Solution
From the Document Production screen select Options beside the Minute/Resolution.
Switch the Document Type to Minute.
To save the default setting for the document select the Star icon.
IMPORTANT: If there is only 1 company director/officer, the minute option will not be available
