How do I add a Company Representative to a Members Meeting Minute?
1. Please ensure that the individual is added to the Global Contacts screen.
2. Select the relevant company in the Contacts screen.
3. Click on the Representatives tab.
4. Click on the green Representatives button and select the individual you want to appear.
Once updated, this should then be reflected in the Members Meeting Minutes where the Representative is picked up, rather than the Company Name. You can also change the Chairperson in the Document Production screen by clicking on Options next to Members Minute or Resolution.
