When preparing an address change, I receive the following error:
Current and new Registered Office Address cannot be the same
The error is due to address selected in the new address field is already set as the company's Registered Office Address in CAS 360.
If users want to reprepare an address change form for the address, first the current address will need to be deleted.
|From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.||
|Select the Company from the list.||
- Beside the Address, click beside the address
Clickto remove the address.
Once the current address is deleted, users will now be able to prepare the address change
