ASIC can take up to 10 business days to send the invoice via the EDGE Mailbox, so you should receive this invoice in CAS 360 over the next couple of weeks.
If you have still not received the invoice during this timeframe, you may need to contact ASIC directly in order to obtain this.
Alternatively, the invoice can be downloaded directly from the ASIC Portal.
The lodgement fee for the Voluntary Deregistration of a Company Form 6010 must be lodged with the document before ASIC will process a deregistration. The fee is non-refundable in most circumstances.
Once the payment is processed and the deregistration is approved, ASIC publishes a notice about the proposed deregistration in the ASIC Gazette. Two months after the Gazette notice is published, ASIC deregisters the company.
