We have noticed an issue with outgoing emails in CAS360
Emails sent on 14/03/2019 may not have been sent. SMS messages are not affected.
If you did attempt to send an email on 14/03/2019 please check the Outbox screen to see if this has been sent.
|From the Main Toolbar, Select Messages|
|Select the Outbox.|
If you cannot see the email, this means the email has not been sent.
You will need to resend the email.
The issue has since been resolved and emails are now able to be sent going forward.
