No annual package despatched electronically to this agent for this company
When a Form RA71 - reissue of a company annual statement is lodged but ASIC has not despatched the annual statement electronically for the company to this agent.
Ensure the ACN for the company has been correctly entered into the General Details screen.
Confirm the annual review dates for the companies with the Form RA61 - Request Review Date Report.
For the annual review documents to be sent to you, you must have been the Agent for the company as at the annual review date.
The annual review documents are dispatched from ASIC electronically within 60 days from the annual review date of the company.
Lodging an RA71 outside of this 60 day period will NOT work.
If the issue persists, contact ASIC as they may have:
- released the Annual statement to the Registered Office address; and/or
- not yet released the annual statement electronically
