From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.
Select the Company from the list.
Select Shareholders

1. Beside the shareholder, click .
2. Select Edit.
3. Edit the Transaction Date and click .

To Reprint documents

1. Beside these changes, flag the print option ().
2. Click .
